Alizabeth Hicks is a Project Manager with over 5 years of environmental consulting experience, specializing in environmental due diligence and remediation. She leads Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments; UST removals; Soil Management Plans; Vapor Mitigation System design and installation oversight; construction monitoring; and Brownfield‑related projects. Her technical background includes soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling; vapor intrusion investigations; and multi‑party coordination with clients, property owners, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
In her role, Alizabeth is known for her thorough project management approach, clear communication, and ability to guide clients through complex regulatory frameworks. She has contributed to projects ranging from small commercial transactions to large redevelopment initiatives to restore contaminated properties.
Alizabeth holds a B.A. in Geography and Sustainable Planning from Grand Valley State University, with a minor in Environmental Sciences. She is an Indiana‑certified UST Decommissioner, a licensed Asbestos Inspector, HAZWOPER/OSHA 40‑hour trained, and proficient in GIS for mapping, data analysis, and site characterization.
Alizabeth is passionate about sustainable urban development and how thoughtful planning can support healthier, more resilient communities. She also enjoys being active in her local community, participating in neighborhood events, outdoor activities, and other local gatherings that help her stay connected to the people and places she serves.
Joshua Russell is a project manager and geologist with more than 25 years of experience driving growth across the construction,
environmental, and technology industries. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing strategic partnerships, identifying new market opportunities, and leading complex projects that deliver measurable business results.
Joshua has generated millions of dollars in project opportunities by working closely with healthcare systems, architects, engineers, developers, municipal leaders, and executive decision-makers. His expertise spans business development, strategic sales, project management, contract negotiations, and client relationship management, with a proven ability to guide projects from initial engagement through successful execution.
Before transitioning into business development leadership, Joshua worked as a geologist and project manager, overseeing multidisciplinary environmental projects, managing teams and budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance for major commercial clients. This technical foundation provides him with a unique ability to bridge operational expertise with strategic business growth.
Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Geology from Ball State University. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership style, consultative approach, and commitment to building long-term relationships that create lasting value for clients and organizations.
